These pedals are specially designed for BMX Race use. They are even stronger and more resistant due to improvements in the binding. It allows the springs to be tightened more intensely than a standard HT pedal. In BMX racing, riders demand pedals that can grip the foot as tightly as possible. At the start of a race, the force is so strong, that riders can kick off the pedal. That's why HT Components have redesigned a new pair of T2 SX BMX pedals that can handle the world's most powerful race starts.
