1. General Rules
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer on the order form. The Buyer may, upon explicit request, have the invoice sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the order form. In case of partial availability of items, "Frenchys Distribution" may split orders. Thus, available items may be shipped initially, with the remaining order sent once all other items are available. "Frenchys Distribution" offers its customers delivery by GLS. Failure to adhere to the procedures outlined below will result in no acceptance of the Buyer's claims.
2. GLS Delivery Characteristics
The buyer is delivered to their home by a GLS delivery driver and signs a receipt. In case of absence, the Buyer or recipient of the ordered product will receive a GLS notice, allowing them to contact the carrier to arrange another delivery day. The buyer must check the condition of the package and the number of delivered packages in the presence of the driver. If there are any doubts, the package should be refused, and these issues reported to "Frenchys Distribution".
3. Shipping Rates

The average dispatch times from the "Frenchys Distribution" warehouse are as follows:
- GLS: 24 to 72 hours (depending on location). These times are provided as an estimate. Any potential delays will not give rise to damages, retention, or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
- However, if the ordered product is not found after a 21-day investigation period, "Frenchys Distribution" will, at its own expense, arrange for a new shipment of the products ordered by the Buyer.
4. Delays
The average dispatch times from the "Frenchys Distribution" warehouse are as follows:

However, if the ordered product is not found after a 21-day investigation period, "Frenchys Distribution" will, at its own expense, arrange for a new shipment of the products ordered by the Buyer.
5. Quality or Compliance Issues
If a product delivered does not match the order (defective or non-compliant), the Buyer must submit their complaint within 14 days from the date of signing the delivery slip. Complaints must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated in paragraph 2 of these terms and must include: - the Buyer's contact details. - the product references. - the reasons for the complaint. The return of products must be made within fourteen working days from the issuance of a return number by the "Frenchys Distribution" customer service. Otherwise, "Frenchys Distribution" will not proceed with any exchange or refund of the products ordered. Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to "Frenchys Distribution" in its original condition and packaging, including all product components and accessories. Shipping costs will be borne by "Frenchys Distribution," except in cases where the returned or exchanged product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the Buyer on the return slip. The coverage of these return costs will be capped at the GLS shipping rate. It will be provided in the form of a voucher to be used on our website within 2 months after its issuance. Any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer. Failure to adhere to the above procedure and deadlines will result in the Buyer being unable to make any claims for non-compliance or apparent defects of the delivered products, which will then be considered compliant and free of apparent defects.
6. Product Availability
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, "Frenchys Distribution" will inform the Buyer as soon as possible. In accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, "Frenchys Distribution" may, in this case, provide a product of equivalent quality and price. In any case, the ordered products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day after the Buyer placed the order, provided that the full price has been paid. If "Frenchys Distribution" does not use this option, the Buyer will be refunded promptly and at the latest within thirty days of the payment of the amounts they have paid.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, relating to consumption, known as the "Hamon Law," the Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products at their own expense for a refund.
The products must be returned to "Frenchys Distribution" in perfect resale condition, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), properly sealed, and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase.
Similarly, if the product includes a warranty sheet or any other document to be completed, it must not be filled out to enable the Buyer to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will give the Buyer the following options:
- either a monetary refund, by re-crediting the credit card used for the initial order or, if not possible, by check;
- or the issuance of a voucher, under the conditions set out in point 10 below.
