EXPERT PRIDE CONTROL BLACK / FORWARD JOYRIDE CARBON WHEELSET

This wheelset is designed for BMX RACE use, it is a product for competition. It has carbon fiber rims, which reduces weight and increases stiffness. The Forward rims have a wide flange shape that optimizes stiffness against gravitational forces. High-end hubs and rims to give you great results in your track races. This wheelset is one of the lightest configurations in our catalog, weighing only 1480g!

For the Control Pride hubs, the French brand keeps its 6/60 system providing 180 engagement points, innovating with a new larger hub body, CNC machined in 6061-T6 aluminum.

These hubs are used by most of the top riders today. An Olympic gold medal with Beth. Shriever in 2021, a first place in the World Cup in 2022 in Glasgow with Jérémy Rencurel. These Pride Control hubs are extremely efficient when it comes to sending on the track. With its 180 engagement points, it allows an almost immediate boost. All this with an aluminum body to save a maximum of weight.

RIMS:

• Created and developed exclusively for BMX Race riding, the Forward Joyride Carbon rim meets the most extreme demands of the sport. The rim is made of Today T700 carbon. A 38mm height that optimizes stiffness without compromising wind resistance. This rim has a width of 23mm.
• The rim is tubeless compatible. This requires the use of a rim tape, a valve and a specific tubeless tire.
• The rear rim does not have brake pads for the brake pads, it is compatible with disc brakes only.
